Refunds

When a deposit comes back, and when the drawing has already started.

These rules cover Result Mornings, bound chart books, question-paper sittings, and sister-campus readings commissioned from Mentis Anchor Analytics Co., Ltd.. They do not describe goods, subscriptions, or anything shipped to a home address. The only physical objects we hand over are the bound copies and, if ordered, wall sheets.

Deposit

Forty percent of the fee on the accepted note reserves the date and a place in the drawing queue. The balance is due before the morning starts, or before a chart book is released if there is no sitting. Until the deposit arrives we do not rule sheets and we do not hold the date against other schools.

If the school cancels

If you cancel in writing ten or more working days before the sitting, and we have not started drawing, the deposit is refunded in full. If drawing has started, the deposit is kept to cover the sheets already ruled, and we do not charge the balance unless the copies are finished and you still want them. If the copies are finished and you decline them, the deposit remains the fee for the work done and the copies stay in our file until the usual destruction date.

A bound chart book with no sitting uses the delivery day in place of the morning. The same ten working days apply.

If we cancel

If we cancel because of illness or because we cannot reach the venue, you may take a full refund of every sum paid, or move the date without a second deposit. We will say which weeks are open.

Rescheduling

You may move a morning once, without a fee, if you write at least five working days before the original date and the new date falls within six weeks. A second move, or a move inside five working days, is treated as a cancellation. Sister-campus readings need both campuses to agree the new date; one campus cannot move the other.

No-show

If the committee does not meet and has not cancelled, the morning fee remains payable. A finished book is still delivered. We will offer one later hour on a following week for the conversation, at no extra fee, if the book was part of a Result Morning. We will not redraw the book because the room was empty.

Work already started, paper, and extra copies

Drawing begins when Niran rules the first sheet from a complete mark bundle. From that hour the deposit is not refundable. Extra bound copies and wall sheets already printed are not refundable, because the paper has been cut and lettered for that school. Unused deposit on a reading we have not started is refundable as above.

Partial refund

If you narrow the work before drawing starts — fewer subjects, one campus instead of two — we issue a revised fee note and refund the difference in the deposit within the processing time below. After drawing starts, removed subjects stay in the fee if their sheets exist. Subjects we could not draw because the mark sheet never arrived are not charged, and any deposit portion tied to them is returned.

What we do not refund

We do not refund because the bands were uncomfortable, because a committee disagreed with the scale, or because a later paper told a different story. The book records the marks supplied. A request to change a caption that we lettered wrongly is honoured without a fee; that is a correction, not a refund.

How to ask, and how the money returns

Write to hello@mentisanchor.click or call (02-573-8204) and name the school, the sitting, and the date. We confirm in writing whether the refund is full or partial, and the amount. Refunds are paid by bank transfer in Thailand to the account that paid us, within fourteen working days of that confirmation. We do not send cash. If the school’s finance office needs a credit note, we issue one with the transfer.
